Why Participate in Quality Community?
- You
don't need to know internals of SIP container or Java EE container to
contribute to SailFin community. Understanding of SIP and having
knowledge on JavaEE components support should be ok. Also running a
test, reporting an issue, improving documentation is all part of
gainful and valuable contribution.
- Open Source experience can be leveraged to any other project you might be working in your current organisation.
- Improve quality of your favourite Communications Application Server
- Work with other (best) test engineers.
- Create your presence on web.

I am not Rocket Scientist? Can I still contribute?
No-but seriously you can.
- While
Java skills definitely can help, but if you are using SailFin primarily
as a SIPServlets based container (host SIP+Web pages), or administrator
of SailFin Application Server, then your skills are infinitely useful
to improve quality.
- If you are considering a career in testing, why not try your new skills at open source project first? It is *FREE*
- Testing
SailFin is same as learning SIPServlets and SIP+HTTP converged
applications. What a better way to learn than to contribute live
working these applications as testcases?
